Justin Long is nursing a bit of a headache, after suffering a mild concussion in a car crash in Los Angeles.
The 32-year-old actor, who dates Drew Barrymore, was expected to make an appearance at the Savannah Film Festival to promote his new film, The Conspirator, but had to cancel due to the mishap.
Long seems to be recovering from the accident, as a source told People.com, "He's completely fine now."
