It?s been almost a year and a half since Michael Jackson's tragic death, and now his father is refilling a wrongful death lawsuit against Dr. Conrad Murray.
According to FOX News, Papa Jackson is seeking unspecified damages from Murray, who has pleaded ?not guilty? to involuntary manslaughter charges in his criminal case.
Joe Jackson?s lawman told press, "This has been a long process and the facts of Michael's death have been way too slow in emerging. There is still much to discover and we're going to find it out."
Murray?s attorney also commented, "We'd like to remind people that Dr. Murray has not been found guilty of anything, and we believe his innocence will be proven in a court of law."
