Celebrating the culture and history of the American West, LeAnn Rimes attended the Autry National Center "Kick It Off & Kick It Up" 25th Anniversary Gala and V.I.P. reception at The Autry National Center in Los Angeles on Saturday (October 6).
The country crooner looked fresh-faced in a cream-colored, sleeveless dress and matching platform heels, smiling for photographers before performing with the L.A. Children's Chorus.�
Her polished appearance left no indication that she was in anything but tip-top health, but just the day before she had to reschedule a concert in Wendover, Nevada.
On Saturday, she tweeted, "Worst way ever to kick off a tour... under anesthesia and a massive infection. Well, onward and upward. It can only get better from here!!!?
It's thought that the infection may be related to the emergency root canal procedure LeAnn underwent in July.
