For fans of animated flicks, 2013 will be a great year as ?Planes? has just been assigned an August 9th release date.
The Walt Disney Pictures film is a spin-off from the popular ?Cars? franchise and from the preliminary promotional materials it looks like another winner.
Per the synopsis, ?Planes follows Dusty, a small town dreamer who longs to enter the most epic around-the-world air race... despite his fear of heights. With the help and support of a fleet of new and hilarious characters, Dusty wings his way into the biggest challenge of his life.?
As for the fabulous cast, stars like Jon Cryer and Carlos Alazraqui will both contribute their voices to the project.
