Family and Fans Gather for "Michael Jackson ONE" Opening Night

Family and friends of the late legend Michael Jackson attended the opening night of Cirque du Soleil?s "Michael Jackson ONE" on Saturday (June 29) in Las Vegas.

Among those in the crowd were MJ?s mother Katherine; his sons Prince Jackson and Blanket; and brothers Marlon, Tito, and Jackie.

Celebrities of all kinds crowded the event as well, with Neil Patrick Harris and his fianc�e David Burtka, and David Arquette.

Missing from the celebration was Jackson?s daughter Paris, who is undergoing treatment after a suicide attempt earlier this month.

On his niece?s recovery, Jackie Jackson told reporters, "She's going to be OK. She's getting better. She should be out soon."

Billed as ?a sonic, tonic fusion of acrobatics, dance and visuals that takes the audience on an immersive journey through the music and spirit of Michael Jackson," the show can be seen at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino Saturdays-Wednesdays at 7 and 10 PM.

Gwen Stefani put her toned stomach on display when she visited her sons Kingston and Zuma at the beach in Long Beach, CA, yesterday. Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer had a family day in Venice, CA, yesterday with their twins Poppy and Charlie and Stephen's oldest daughter Lilac. The outing came a week after Anna dropped by Jimmy Kimmel Live to talk about her "b*tchy resting face." She said, "It looks like you want to kill people, or like you?re a giant b*tch. That?s pretty much how I come across." Anna complained that she always looks grumpy in candid photos taken of her out with Stephen because of her "condition," despite being really happy with her life. She added that its worse when she's compared to Stephen who has a "happy resting face."

Jennifer Aniston Named Ambassador for EIF's Key to the Cure Campaign

She chooses the products/foundations she will endorse very carefully, and now Jennifer Aniston has agreed to be the ambassador for the 2013 Key to the Cure campaign.

The stunning Hollywood actress was announced as the face of the cancer research fund earlier this week by Saks Fifth Avenue and the Entertainment Industry Foundation and will take part in a PSA later this year.

Speaking about the opportunity, Jennifer says, "I'm so honored to join the Entertainment Industry Foundation and Saks Fifth Avenue in their continued efforts to raise funds for promising scientific research through EIF's Women's Cancer Research Fund," adding, "My hope is that everyone will contribute to this worthy cause by purchasing a Key To The Cure T-shirt designed by Emilio Pucci."

The shirt, which was designed by Peter Dundas of Emilio Pucci, will retail for a reasonable $35 and will be available at Saks stores nationwide starting Oct. 1st.

The volleyball realm just gained a powerful new duo, as Kerri Walsh Jennings has teamed up with April Ross following her former partner Misty May-Treanor?s retirement.

The 34-year-old Olympic star (with three gold medals to her name) told press that she chose Ross because of her desire and ambition.

Adele posed for an elegantly put together Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott shot spread while talking about everything from ridding of the booze to her highly publicized vocal cord surgery. Highlights from Adele's interview are as follows.

On her 'loud' personality: ?I am quite loud and bolshie,? she says (British slang for unruly and clamorous). ?I?m a big personality. I walk into a room, big and tall and loud.? Indeed. There is no doubt when Adele is in the building. The rule of thumb for protecting one?s vocal cords, she tells me, is: If people are more than an arm?s length away, you shouldn?t talk to them. ?But I am like, Wah! Wah! Wah!,? she says, laughing. ?It?s really bad.?

On giving up drinking last May: ?Don?t like drinking anymore. I think I got it out of my system. D?yaknowhaImean??

On her vocal troubles: ?I?ve been singing properly every day since I was about fifteen or sixteen and I have never had any problems with my voice, ever. I?ve had a sore throat here and there, had a cold and sung through it, but that day it just went while I was onstage in Paris during a radio show. It was literally like someone had pulled a curtain over it.? She flew to London the next morning to see her doctor and was diagnosed with acute laryngitis. After a couple weeks? rest, she continued her European tour, came to America, and then her voice went again in May. ?That was a hemorrhage... a burst blood vessel on my vocal cord. That healed, I did a tour, and then it happened again at my best friend?s wedding on October 1.?

On getting support through her surgery from other artists: ?John Mayer had it done at the same time as I did and he really helped me be chilled out about it. Roger Daltrey?s had loads of stuff done; Steven Tyler reached out; Elton John. Lots of artists have had problems with their voices, but you don?t know about it. And they are still singing incredibly well in their 50s and 60s.?

On her six Grammy nominations: ?I burst into tears when I found out. And I would love, absolutely love, to win. This record is coming to an end, and that would be the final brick on it.? [gallery=821]

On Tuesday night (February 21), the 2012 BRIT Awards have named the year?s big winners during an exciting O2 Arena ceremony in London, England. Taking home the top prize of Best British album and a total of two trophies was Adele, while other big winners included the Coldplay as Best British group, Ed Sheernan as Best British Male/British Breakthrough Act and One Direction landing Best Single for their track titled "What Makes You Beautiful". With viewers being led through the crowning of category picks by host James Corden, fans were also treated to dazzling performances by the likes of Coldplay, Rihanna, Florence + The Machine, Bruno Mars, Adele and closing act Blur.
