Comedian Sarah Silverman is a polarizing figure, to be sure. (She'll milk laughs out of anything from sex to religion to the Holocaust.) But she has enough fans that a primetime sitcom could be within her reach. And Ron Howard -- a guy who's shepherded Arrested Development and scores of big movies -- produced the pilot for her new show, Susan 313.
