Hilary Duff left the rainy West Coast behind on Sunday and headed to Atlanta, where she visited a local elementary school yesterday on behalf of Blessings in a Backpack. She's been a longtime supporter of the charity that sends underprivileged children home on Fridays with a bag full of enough food to get them through the weekend. Hilary continued on to Indianapolis this morning to continue her philanthropic endeavors and show off her new haircut. Her husband, Mike Comrie, aka Mikey, couldn't join her for the trip, though, as he's currently in the middle of hockey season with the Pittsburgh Penguins.
