Matthew McConaughey worked out at Zuma Beach in Malibu yesterday. He went for a run following a dressed up Sunday at the Oscars, where he walked the red carpet with Camila Alves. MM and Camila were one of the cutest couples at the event, but they parted ways shortly after their glamorous night out. Matthew stayed close to home, while Camila headed to the East Coast to participate in Michelle Obama's Read Across America Kickoff today. The duo should be back together soon, though, as he promotes The Lincoln Lawyer since they're so serious about supporting each other's projects.
