Getting a little roughed up during his day at work, Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine appeared bloody and bruised while on the set of the band's latest video "Payphone" on Thursday (April 19).
Covered in red and blue makeup to help him appear banged up, the "Voice" hunk were first spotted in a tattered button down shirt, before he event stripped down to a tat-revealing white tank top.
During the coarse of filming, Levine could be seen inside a phone booth shortly after his involvement in a serious car crash.
Adam was also featured in a police chase, where he shared the scene with with a female co-star - a lady he gets mighty close to during the shakedown.
