The Tribeca Film Festival continued last night with the premiere of Malin Akerman and Jenna Fischer's The Giant Mechanical Man. Jenna was joined at the event by the film's director and her husband, Lee Kirk, while Malin walked the red carpet in a sexy strapless dress before meeting up with her handsome costars Topher Grace, Chris Messina, and Rich Sommer.
This project is just one of the many movies Malin stars in this year. She shared hilarious scenes with Jennifer Aniston in Wanderlust, and up next she's showing off her vocal abilities in Rock of Ages. Malin's not the only cast member with a major studio film in the works as both Chris and Topher have highly anticipated films headed our way this Fall. Chris has a role in Ben Affleck's CIA thriller Argo, and Topher teamed up with Amanda Seyfried and Katherine Heigl in The Wedding, both films are expected to open nationwide in October.
