It?s official: Jessica Simpson finally gave birth to a baby girl, Maxwell Drew, and her sister is already sharing her excitement with the world.
"Bronx and I are in love with Maxwell already!" Ashlee, mother of 3-year-old son Bronx, said in an interview with People on Tuesday (May 1). "Jessica has wanted to be a mom since we were little girls and I couldn't be more excited for her and Eric!"
The 27-year-old singer bought a petite Fendi dress along with a matching garment bag for her niece, which she presented to her fashion-mogul sis at the baby shower.
"Ever since Ashlee had Bronx, we've become closer and closer," Jessica said. "I'm glad that our babies are just going to be three years apart. He records songs on my sister's iPhone about the things he wants to do with the baby, like swim in the ocean and go to the playground. The first one just made me cry. We're making a CD of them ? it was the best gift of all."
We?re sure the little tikes will be just as close as the Simpson sisters, showing support for one another like Ashlee did a few weeks ago tweeting, ?@nicolerichie @JessicaSimpson #FashionStar Congratulations you sexy women! Proud, proud, proud. Fashion Star, get it!!?
