Kelly has called her former employee out for theft and is planning on pressing charges! The 56-year-old Top Model judge tweeted yesterday: ‘One of my old assistants is getting arrested this week for grand larceny – stealing money from People?s – cannot wait – revenge is sweet.’ Looks like she really is Kell on Earth!!! According to reports, Brunson Stafford got a hold of Kelly’s debit card and ordered some food – to his address. Kelly was shocked when her card was declined for coffee and she had to check her bank statements. Kelly confronted Stafford but he denied any wrong doing. His parents also denied the charges and didn’t want to help pay – until their son was fired and Kelly moved forward to pressing charges. What kind of dumba$$ uses someones card for food delivered to their house and denies the charges?
