She chose a stunning red Elie Saab gown for the musical event, which is being hosted by Julie Bowen and Ty Burrell. Taylor is nominated for multiple awards including top country artist. Her fellow country singer Carrie Underwood brought husband Mike Fisher to the show, where she'll be hitting the stage to perform.
