Spending an afternoon lunch date together, Vanessa Hudgens and Austin Butler were spotted dining in at Newsroom in Hollywood, CA this afternoon (May 14).
The adorable couple looked casual as the ?High School Musical? starlet rocked a dainty white top with tan booties while her blonde beau sported a plaid shirt and dark jeans and greeted a friend outside of the restaurant.
In other news, the 23-year-old actress? ?Spring Breakers? co-star James Franco recently spoke out about casting for the pairs newest creations saying, "I thought Harmony was so smart to cast [Gomez], Vanessa and Ashley because it seemed like they were so hungry for some deeper kind of material, hungry for indie material."
"They really gave their all when they were acting," he added. "You've got great performances."
The edgy film is a controversial turn for the formal Disney princesses and is set to release in theaters in 2013.
