Keeping up with his jam-packed schedule, Justin Bieber was spotted at ?The Late Show with David Letterman? today (June 20).
The ?Boyfriend? singer greeted his many avid female fans and shutterbugs as he arrived at the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City ahead of his interview with Letterman to promote his new album Believe.
As for Bieber?s alleged battery case involving a paparazzo, the Los Angeles Sheriff?s Department reportedly completed their investigation and have handed the case to the prosecutor.
Sheriff spokesperson Nicole Nishida told press, ?The case was just passed off to the DA?s office- it?s up to the DA if they press charges.?
