Male model Michael Girgenti says that he had unprotected sex with the ?Keeping Up with the Kardashians? starlet back in 2009 after a three-month texting relationship.
When Kourtney told Michael that she and Scott Disick were ?on the outs,? Girgenti took things to the next level with a sexual encounter in Glendale, California.
During the meet-up (approximately nine months before Mason was born), Michael says they had ?unprotected vaginal sex,? adding, ?I ejaculated inside Kourtney?s vagina.?
Now Girgenti wants joint custody and probably a ton of money!
