The ?Disaster Movie? dame showed up at L?Usine gym in Paris, France today (October 1) ready to work up a sweat in her all-black ensemble.
Kim has been making the most of the Paris Fashion Week festivities as of late, having left her baby girl North West back home in the States.
Prior to the Givenchy runway show, she tweeted, "Thank you Ricky for making this for me the day before the show. I die for you. #Givenchy4lifebaby."
