Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson passed their last days of 2010 together vacationing in Aspen, and they spent New Year's Eve with friends first having dinner then heading out to the city's Sky Bar -�check out how other big stars celebrated the holiday! The soon-to-be-married pair kissed as the clock struck midnight, with Jess putting a fingerless-gloved hand right on Eric's face. They've have already headed back to LA, where Jessica was spotted out running errands Sunday.
