Ashley Tisdale was surrounded by the ones she loves, including boyfriend Scott Speer, to celebrate her 27th birthday on the beach in Malibu on Monday. Ashley wore a tasseled bikini to play in the sand with her dog, Maui, and share kisses with her man. Ashley had a big group of friends out for the party, including Selena Gomez, who showed off her tanned and toned abs, but kept her swimsuit covered up. Justin Bieber and Selena went for ice cream in LA over the weekend, though yesterday, he tweeted that he wasn't feeling well ahead of his "As Long as You Love Me" video shoot this week, so perhaps that's why he skipped Ashley's festivities. Selena still looked to be having a good time, even without Justin, as a friend threw her over his shoulder and threatened to put her into the waves. Ashley's bash went from day to night, and she shared a picture of their beach bonfire in the evening.
