Ready for a big night in the spotlight, Nicki Minaj was in attendance at the 2012 BET Awards in Los Angeles, CA on Sunday (July 1).
The ?Beez in the Trap" songstress was clad in black at the Shrine Auditorium venue while chatting it up with Kim Kardashian while perched in her primo seat.
Not only is Nicki amongst the spectators in the crowd, she's also taking the stage as a performer and a hopeful to take home the Best Female Pop Artist award.
As for the ceremony, the 2012 BET Awards are being hosted by iconic actor Samuel L. Jackson while featuring other performers such as Usher, Rick Ross, Chris Brown, 2 Chainz and Big Sean.
With Beyonce, Jay Z and Kanye West leading the pack with the most nominations, the show also includes special tributes to Whitney Houston, Al Sharpton, and Maze featuring Frankie Beverly.
