Following up her gold medal performance at London's Summer Olympic Games, Hope Solo continued her winning ways at the 2012 Do Something Awards in Santa Monica, California on Sunday night (August 19).
The U.S. women's soccer team goalie showed off her svelte self while clad in black at the Barker Hangar venue while joining the many famous faces at the event which helps young people carry out charitable causes of interest.
During the course of the festivities, Miss Solo ended up taking home a trophy after being selected as the Do Something Athlete winner while beating out Cristiano Ronaldo, LeBron James, Tim Tebow and Serena Williams.
Upon being doted with her DSAwards silver shoe prize from presenters Nikki Reed and John Cho, the 31-year-old Seattle Sounders star proudly boasted, "This is as heavy as my gold medal, and it's gonna look good next to it too!"
As for the ceremony, "New Girl" stars Jake Johnson, Max Greenfield and Lamorne Morris hosted the pre-taped ceremony - which set to air on Tuesday, August 21st, 2012 at 9/8c on VH1.
