In the comedy Identity Thief, Sandy Patterson, played by Jason Bateman, has his entire life turned upside down when his identity is stolen by a woman named Diana (Melissa McCarthy). Sandy sets out to take his life back and find the woman who has ruined him. But revenge turns into adventure when Sandy and Diana meet, and hijinks ensue.
