They?re ready to begin their life as parents to a prince, and Prince William and Kate Middleton left St. Mary?s Hospital in London today (July 23).
The new mom and dad exited from the same Lindo Wing as Will?s parents Princess Diana and Prince Charles did following his birth way back in 1982.
During a brief chat with the press, the Duke of Cambridge said that they are still deciding on a name and that it is a "very special, very emotional time."
"He's got a good pair of lungs that's for sure, he's a big boy," the 31-year-old added. As for his appearance, Will said that he looks like his mother, adding, "He has way more than me, thank God."
In addition, Will joked that he will remind Baby Cambridge of his tardiness later, since he made all the media wait!
Will and Kate welcomed their Royal bundle of joy on Monday (July 22) and the newborn heir weighed in at 8 pounds and 6 ounces.
Given the title of ?His Royal Highness Prince of Cambridge,? the youngster still hasn?t been given a name, though Prince Charles and Princess Diana took seven days to name Prince William.
Following their baby?s arrival, William and Kate released a statement- , "We would like to thank the staff at the Lindo Wing and the whole hospital for the tremendous care the three of us have received. We know it has been a very busy period for the hospital and we would like to thank everyone -- staff, patients and visitors -- for their understanding during this time."
