Wonder Woman Actress Gal Gadot: First Interview since ?Batman vs. Superman? Casting

Israeli actress Gal Gadot speaks out for the first time since being cast as Wonder Woman in Zack Snyder’s ‘Batman vs. Superman.’ She addresses the criticism she has received and speaks about the preparations she is making for the iconic role. The 28-year-old model and actress stars as the Wonder Woman of the DC Comic universe, and as such she is the first to bring the character to the big screen alongside Ben Affleck’s Batman and the returning Henry Cavill as Superman having portrayed the character in ‘Man of Steel.’ The new movie is the sequel and the second such movie in Zack Snyder’s reboot of the Superman franchise and its release date in theaters is set for July 17, 2015. Gal Gadot was up until now mainly known for her role as Gisele Harabo in the ‘Fast & Furious’ franchise. Before that she hit the world stage, literally, as a beauty queen; she was Miss Israel in the 2004 Miss Universe pageant.
