Watch the first trailer of ‘Jupiter Ascending.’ The science fiction thriller from The Wachowskis,’The Matrix’ filmmakers, stars Channing Tatum and Mila Kunis. See the first glimpse of the much anticipated movie. ‘Jupiter Ascending’ is the latest from the siblings, Andy and Lana Wachowski who brought all of The Matrix movies to the big screen, and most recently ‘Cloud Atlas.’ The movie is set in a future in which human beings have been genetically engineered, splicing the genes of animals and humans. One such human is an ex-military hunter named Caine, portrayed by Channing Tatum. It is his mission to hunt down and destroy the next human whose genetics line up to indicate that she is the Queen of the Universe. That human turns out to be Jupiter Jones — hence the movie title, a person, not the planet — portrayed by Mila Kunis. She is a Russian immigrant who toils at a menial job, cleaning toilets, who happens to be the one possessing the DNA that might mean she is possibly the next Queen of the Universe.
