Reports of their separation came out late last month and now things are officially over as Malin Akerman's husband, Roberto Zincone, filed a divorce complaint in Los Angeles on November 27th.
The pair tied the knot back in 2007 and just seven months ago, the "Trophy Wife" star gave birth to their first child, Sebastian.
Details about the complaint are unknown, but the pair will have to deal with property division, spousal support, and custody of their child among other issues.
While dealing with the stress of a divorce, Malin is keeping busy on her hit ABC series. "Trophy Wife" airs Tuesdays at 9:30pm ET.
