Vin Diesel Mourns Paul Walker: "He's an Angel In Heaven"

Yesterday, we teared up watching video of Tyrese Gibson sobbing at the site of Paul Walker's fatal car crash. Now we have video of another Fast and Furious co-star, Vin Diesel, paying tribute to his friend. Following a private memorial service for Walker on Monday, Diesel visited the crash site and gave an impromptu speech on a police car speaker. Watch it below. Keep tissues handy.
