Just hours after new images from the film were revealed, a new trailer for "Neighbors" also hit the web on Monday night (September 2).
In the minute and a half clip, fans get a hilarious peek inside the shenanigans that happen between a young family and a fraternity who move in next door.
The Nicholas Stoller-directed comedy has an A-list lineup of stars including Zac Efron, Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne and Dave Franco.
