Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady headed home after lunch with their son, Benjamin, yesterday in LA. It seems the Bundchen-Brady clan is sticking close to home during their long weekend, which they kicked off at a local park with Ben's brother Jack Moynahan. Gisele and Tom just took a vacation to Cabo, and they had a chance for some bikini and shirtless time when they chilled by the pool and even hit a water slide. Now that they're home again, Gisele is back to focusing on her philanthropy. She's up for an honor at VH1's Do Something Awards, and she went on Twitter to urge fans to help her claim a prize with their votes.
