Justin was shirtless for their time by the water, revealing some tattoos on all the skin that he was showing. The duo headed to the tropics after logging a few days in Nevada. They were on hand for Sunday's Billboard Music Awards, and they nearly stole the show with their very public kisses in the audience. Now Justin's treating himself to a minivacation with Selena to celebrate winning six statues at the show, including the honor of Top New Artist.
