Beyonce Steps Out for the First Time Since Giving Birth

New mom Beyonce has recoverd from giving birth -- and she's ready to show off her post-baby body! The singer looked gorgeous Monday night, making her first public appearance since welcoming baby Blue Ivy on Jan. 7. She stepped out to support her husband Jay-Z, who performed two shows at Carnegie Hall to benefit the United Way of New York City and his own Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation.
