Back in 2009 he was arrested for beating up his then-girlfriend Rihanna and sentenced to probation and community service, and earlier today (February 10) a judge ruled that Chris Brown would need to remain under the supervision of a probation officer.
According to a report, the ?Kiss Kiss? singer has completed his requirements thus far, but the judge in his case wants to see more good behavior before lifting his probation.
And though Brown wasn?t present at the hearing, his lawyer Mark Geragos argued that Chris ?has made great strides? in reforming his behavior and should be cut a break.
From here, Mr. Brown will need to finish the other half of his 180 days of community labor before the court will consider cutting his probation short.
