During the course of the festivities, Miss Del Rey offered up a solid rendition of her hit single "Video Games," with the stage effort available to be viewed in the player below!
Among the other performers hitting the stage during the course of the event were Katy Perry and Sean Paul, as well as Belgian-Australian hitmaker Gotye, New Zealander Kimbraand, and German rockers Silbermond.
And among the top nominees at the Echo Awards were James Morrison, Amy Winehouse, Bruno Mars, Coldplay, Lady Gaga, and Adele.
