Stepping out in style, Nicole Richie was spotted bringing an end to a long day of press duties in New York City on Monday night (March 12).
The designer and mom of two looked chic in a black asymmetrical skirt, white button up and a polished high bun as she exited her Big Apple hotel.
The 30 year-old fashion forward glam girl is the founder of multiple clothing and jewelry lines, and now Miss Richie is adding fashion mentor to her list of talents.
Richie will star in NBC's new show "Fashion Star," where she will help mentor 14 unknown designers looking to make it big. But she's also there as more than a mentor, saying, "The role that I have personally taken is to just be their friend and really let them know that we aren't alone in this that it is a journey that we are all going through together."
The winning designer will get their line sold exclusively in three of the largest retailers in America, an opportunity that the House of Harlow designer says she could "only dream" of.
