Kicking off his big day with a breakfast date, Alec Baldwin took his wife Hilaria Baldwin out in New York City this morning (April 3).
The ?30 Rock? stud, who turns 55 today, looked pleasant and stopped to admire a cute baby on his way to grab a delicious meal.
Meanwhile, Alec was the topic of conversation earlier this week when his ?Orphans? ex-co-star Shia LaBeouf explained his firing to David Letterman on ?The Late Show.?
Letterman asked LaBeouf, ?Why did you get fired? What did you do to [Alec]?? Shia replied, ?He?s a good due and the show is terrific. I got nothing bad to say.?
As for the ?creative differences? explanation that was previously cited, Shia noted, "I think that's what you gotta say as sort of a business-savvy answer for what actually happened. Me and Alec had tension as men. Not as artists, but as men. In a room, that became hard to deal with."
Finally, Mr. LaBeouf looked into the camera and declared, "Alec, I think you're awesome man."
