As was expected, Samantha Ronson has officially been charged with Driving Under the Influence following her August 2nd arrest in Baker, California.
The celebrity deejay is facing six months behind bars, fines and a license suspension while if found guilty of misdemeanor citations for driving under the influence of alcohol and having a blood-alcohol level of .08 or above.
As previously reported by GossipCenter, Miss Ronson was pulled over for speeding at 10:30AM last week while returning home from a gig in Las Vegas.
After taking field sobriety tests, the 34-year-old refused a breathlyzer - which led police to immediately place her under arrest.
